swing state polls but one today should be more troubling than some stupid national poll that doesn't matter in the end.

This is simply Penis Morris walking back his earlier bullshit Romney boosterism. And the "no doubt, sandy" horsecrap is so fucking typical. He's been ignoring the warning signs of Romney's early peak since after the vice presidential debate. Now, 3 days before the election he is lowering expectations.

Not to count my chickens before they hatch, but according to Nate Silver I have an 80%+ chance of watching the right wing blogs blow up for the next two months with an orgy of delicious schadenfreude that will honestly be the most unforgettably hilarious display of political despair ever seen on the internetz. And I love them odds.

Oh and guess what Mr. Morris...those sky-high republican expectations, remember, you built that.

To make the argument that the media has a left- or right-wing, or a liberal or a conservative bias, is like asking if the problem with Al-Qaeda is do they use too much oil in their hummus. Al Franken

...and Sam Wang (I'm not), then place your faith in the bookmakers. The UK's William Hill has Romney losing this and in 50 years of offering odds on US Presidential elections, they've never been wrong. They can't afford to be.

As of today, William Hill are offering Romney at 3 to 1 (bet $10 to win $30 plus the return of your original stake).

President Obama is offered at 1 to 4 ( bet $10 to win $2.50 plus the return of your original stake).

I'm not worried...but boy, will I be glad when this is over.
