    Akin to a feudalistic society, the best parts go to the Manor-born while the people who do the real work suck on hind teat.

    You could bet money that the people who run these schools donate big bucks to the state legislators who passed these abominable laws.

    Privatization is a scam that lets well placed, politically connected people reach into the public coffers and it offers no benefits to those who are the targets of the efforts. It isn't tantamount to stealing; it is stealing.

      Couldn't have said it better. The born rich and privileged coasting on the hard work of everyone else, then having the arrogance to proclaim the hoi polloi as being "lazy" when their own manor-born privileges depend on the labor that they scorn.
