    election officials for non-feasance.   If you fail to do the job you are hired to do, you would be committing fraud to accept the paycheck.  

    Mis feasance, mal feasance, or non feasance ---- at least one of those has to apply to deliberately failing and/or refusing to supply enough properly working machines and hours for all the citizens who want to -- to use their right to vote.

    I'm not a lawyer -- so I don't know what it would take to prove it.   But it seems to me that they are breaking the law.    No matter which party the disenfranchised voters belong to.    

    It might wake up the rest of the jerks planning to emlulate such shenanigans.  They take an oath to uphold the state & national constitutions.   So it has a higher responsibility than a private contract --- or so I always thought.
