    The fact I vote at a church bugs me too, religion should have no place in voting, period.
    Given the First Amendment's separation of church and state and that there's a clause that says there shall be no religious test to run or hold office, voting inside a church is wrong, wrong, wrong!!!

    I'm sick of attempts to steer this nation from principles evolved in The Age of Reason to hallucinations derived from illiterate herdsmen. ~ Crashing Vor

      My voting place is also in a church and I hate going to vote there. Even my kids have questioned, "why do they have polling places in a church, isn't that illegal?" I also noticed that the church puts nice big posters about themselves during election time - advertising/recruitment. What about separation of church and state?
