    Election fraud is a very specific act.  It refers to what allegedly happened in the OH 2004 presidential election, when republicans set up an outside central tabulating computer to rig the results.  I'm not trying to hijack the thread, all I'm saying is that IF that did happen, that is an example of election fraud.

    Or as Stalin would say of election fraud:  it doesn't matter who votes, it matters who counts the votes.
