    than grades when it comes to finding interesting work after law school. I can tell from your description that your daughter's going to do very well. Having faculty behind her I'll bet will be priceless, as will the clinical work. Congratulations to her and to you. I think I was more relieved when my son graduated from college (and whew, found a job he loved) than when I did.

      very much. She's making good decisions, and I think in the end she'll be just fine. But yes, it is a little nerve-wracking on the parental end until that all shakes out.
      Since I have been very ill (with advanced cancer--in remission now, thankfully!) there's a little extra pressure on all of us, I think, for these milestones to be reached in good time. No one will be happier to see their child graduate next spring than I, and then to see my younger daughter graduate from high school the year after that--goddess willing.
