I watch the goopers trying to kill our opportunity to vote in FL and OH and even though the troops have done a yeoman's job, 9 hours to vote is ridiculous. These folks are monsters and stupid. What do they think, that people will just forget that they have tried to steal the frickin' election because we are oh so forgetful?

I had to wait 2 hours to vote. I've never had to stand in line to vote before, it was truly bizarre to me. Hopefully the enthusiasm here translates into positive outcomes for Question 4 (the DREAM Act) and Question 6 (Same-Sex Marriage)

      •  I voted for 4 and for 6 (6+ / 0-)

I'm in one of the red parts of Maryland (Carroll County) and I had to wait for an hour to vote, although I will say that it was efficient and there were a lot of machines.

I made my husband vote on Friday with me instead of waiting for Tuesday in case he couldn't get away from work. I wanted every vote for Obama that I could get.

The weather was great and  I was going to be by the polling station anyway, so I figured I would drop in, vote, and be on my way. I early voted in the primaries and literally walked in, voted, and walked back out in about 15 minutes. The line for early voting last Saturday was wrapped around the block, but I figured what the hell, its Saturday and I dont have anywhere to be. Was glad to get the process out of the way and not have to worry about standing in line after work on Tuesday

    •  On Tuesday, lines will be much shorter.... (0+ / 0-)

only a few precincts scattered around a county are open for early polling.
