    It is very difficult to identify crime when there's triangulation employed, which is, of course, the point. The Mafia Don hires henchmen whose culpability for a shooting is hard to prove because the henchman has no connection with the victim and does not benefit directly from his death. We had to invent a new category of crime (RICO) to deal with that.

    Re the value of money, don't take my word for it:

    We organize governments to provide benefits and prevent abuse.
