I paraphrase using the British English idom but RickBoston's comment is "What a storm in a teacup".  English, or rather Anglo-Saxon is very close to Frisian, spoken in the north Netherlands. Dutch, English and Frisian are closely related.

Modern demotic Dutch is tending to drop the use of complex nouns that it shared with German (who are officially dropping such nouns as part of their language reforms).

Reading Dutch is actually quite a lot easier than interpreting from the spoken word because of the use of the gutteral pronounciation of letter/combinations like G and GH - Van Gogh for example is nearer to "hockhhh" than "go" or "goff".

Dutch can at least be reasonably worked out given that the words have a similarity. On the other hand, I bet you would have problems with the Welsh name  Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwyllllantysiliogogogoch

Why doesn't Mitt Romney carry an iPhone? Because he has an Ann Droid.
