  •  Eric Holder's limp dick DOJ won't look into (0+ / 0-)

Obama needs to find a top cop who will deal with voter suppression, church-related campaigning, corporate crime, etc.  Holder has been worthless.

....or legal terminology. and your feelings about the AG's virility does not further the discussion. It may in fact be out of order.

illegal actions by office holders. As a former lawyer, how it came to be about legal terminology blows my mind.

Treason has many meanings. Only one set of definitions comes out of our constitution, others from a variety of dictionaries, writings and usage. There's nothing at all wrong with using any one of those meanings if the word expresses what the diarist wants to express.  Voter suppression is surely a betrayal of the responsibility for conducting elections that we have given to our governors and secretaries of state.  If a diarist wants to call that treasonous, I think it is his right to do so.

So often I see grammatical errors here that make my teeth hurt but I refrain from commenting for fear of being dismissed as "the grammar police."  Respectfully, I suggest such self-censorship and return to the substance of the diary for those who don't like this diarist's diction.
