In 2008 my polling place (which went 90% for Obama) had lines around the block.  Today I drove by at 7:45 am and there was absolutely no line.  When I went to vote at 10 am there were Romney and Tom Smith signs up but no Obama presence at all.  In 2008 we had a table up with swag, coffee, donuts, it was festive.  Here, zip.  It's terrifying me.

On the other hand I was vote 253 at 10 am and the pollworkers were already looking exhausted and getting sympathy from neighbors, and I've seen far more "I voted" stickers than I usually do.  I've also seen a few canvassers already today.

I despise canvassing but as soon as my staff meeting is done, that's what I'll be doing all afternoon.
