  •  Thanks for the warning (17+ / 0-)

Hopefully the owls won't be able to find their way across Lake Washington to attack the good citizens of Shoreline and North Seattle.

Wait . . . they can do what everyone else is doing and go around the lake to avoid the 520 tolls. Yike!

    •  Bridle Trails is a wooded area. (5+ / 0-)

It's like when folks get upset that coyotes and occasionally mountain lions or bears show up in wooded areas.

I just want to say to these folks, we live in a largely rural state and you're in a wooded area. That's where they're supposed to be. When a bear shows up at an elementary school, yeah, I understand the concern.

But sheesh, the large wooded area right near my house has all sorts of critters, including a pack of coyotes and a mountain lion that prowls around here from time to time.

We don't go into the wood after dusk, before dark, and we're watchful during the day.

So if you get hit by a bus tonight, would you be satisfied with how you spent today, your last day on earth? Live like tomorrow is never guaranteed, because it's not. -- Me.
