but I wonder if it counts as voter intimidation.

I went to my polling place and in the parking lot a guy in a pickup truck was sitting in the drivers seat with the windows open and he was blasting Hannity on the radio at full volume. The parking lot was certainly less than 100 feet from the front door, although you couldn't hear it inside the polling station.

In the end, I didn't end up reporting it because I didn't want to make a stink and my small town in pretty GOP and I didn't want a reputation as a troublemaker. I did drive by the parking lot 20 minutes later and he was gone.

But I wonder if people think this is legally voter intimidation? I know that in reality it was, but I'm more concerned if this meets the legal definition. The guy could always just claim he was listening to the radio.
