activity time. I couldn't shut down before then, usually. The 2-3 hours of sleep I would get following that span was seldom enough to feel adequately rested. I sympathize with your son's restlessness.

You live with some very difficult circumstances. The triggering of your fibro on top of tiredness has to be very challenging. You seem to have come to some sort of accommodation with all that is going on.

    All the best!

Disability House (aka House of the Super Gimp). Everyone has some sort of disability that needs accommodating.

Sometimes it's the little things that are most annoying. Like this afternoon. My disabilities conspired to steal my last piece of apple pie. I'm in the beginnings of a fibro flare (did too much with thanksgiving et. all). My neck (possible pinched nerve) has been burning all day and running down my right shoulder and arm as well. So coordination is non-existent today.  I was given the last piece of apple caramel pie left over from thanksgiving. And while I was plating it, it slid off onto the floor, upside down... next to the litter box. I tried to catch it, Caedy tried to catch it. I was too slow and she was at a bad angle. So, the dog got the pie. Frustrating.

Darn, I bet you missed being able to eat that yummy pie.

We all have to accommodate somehow. But with some of us, it's a way of life, isn't it?
