    I totally agree, but why are Democrats again in the position of being victims in reaction mode on election day—the worst possible position to be in—when it's been obvious for many, many weeks that this is exactly what Husted has been intending to do? I'm not an attorney nor an expert in election law in Ohio, but I'm just dumbfounded that Husted has been able to do the crap he's done without (seemingly) any official response from either the DOJ or, frankly, the Obama campaign or the DNC. The latter two should have been screaming about this at the top of their lungs for the last two months.

      crash the gates.... why are not progressives in every precinct that matters dealing with these type of voting issues months ago.   Why are we who pay for these campaigns not holding folks accountable for the work that needs to be done.  Seems we need more money in training and paid people knowledgeable in the nittty gritty of voting procedures down on the pricinct level....and not have to see these  help us diaries on election day.

      Pass new laws to end media monopolization now.
