    I never have to wait in line to vote with this system, because it doesn't require an expensive voting machine for each booth.  There are tons of booths; you just walk up to one, slide your ballot in, go through the flipbook and mark the ballot while referring to your sample ballot.  Practically foolproof, without wasting money on voting machines and causing lines due to a lack of booths.
