    It's apparently an artifact of the fact that Asians are concentrated in the parts of the country that have the highest costs of living. When normalized to the local cost of living index, Asians make less than whites, on average.

      Asians are the fastest growing minority group. It is a relief to see that they are as reliably Democratic, and as averse to the white-right line, as are Latinos. Lump them in with the Latino, Black, and First Americans votes, and we will have an overwhelming coalition in 2016 of around a third of the electorate.

        voting GOP based on their supposed high incomes is predicated on a false assumption - that they have high incomes.
