    It's been discussed, several mitigating factors that would go into that decision.

      will discover they will eliminate your job or force you out one way or the other before you are ready. Always have another job lined up or even start working before you resign. In fact, just don't show up on day when you start at the new job. It all depends on how you want to play it and if you value their spot on your resume. I have jobs in my past I just don't list - worked for myself during those periods, thank you, or I was helping a friend/family member at the time. Take it from me, if you imply you want to resign you will end up not having a choice in a short time. I've you've already said something like that to your boss, dept. manager, or higher up LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB NOW - YOU ARE ON BORROWED TIME.
