  •  The one I hate is "our queue is full..." (3+ / 0-)

    After you've pressed innumerable buttons and been on hold and switched three or four times, then, when you've gotten past all three heads of Cerberus, what do you get?

    "We're sorry, all agents are assisting other customers.  Our queue cannot take any more callers at this time.  Please try your call again later."

    All the time.  I've had better luck calling into a radio station contest line.
