      It hasn't been confirmed (that I am aware of), but both the WSJ and Slate have claimed multiple sources identifying her as the woman in question.  There's a chance it may turn out to be inaccurate (the Chicago Sun Times was a bit more careful in how it worded things), but it's not a made-up assumption.

      Broadwell was definitely part of the overall investigation, though.  As for the other stuff in the diary, it seems a bit more speculative.  I guess we'll see how things play out, because it's clear this story isn't over yet.
