I tried this rainbow Swiss Chard for the first time about a year ago. Dallasdoc told me how to prepare it, lol.  Never know what you might learn at dkos.

Dallasdoc told me to tear the swiss chard, heat up a hot frying pan with olive oil, crushed garlic and to shred some ginger root into the pan.  Then toss the swiss chard into the pan and saute it for a bit, and serve immediately.  It was really good.  KBO loved it.

I'd like to try more greens and learn about the ways to make them other than the obvious boiling, which doesn't interest me very much.  I see all these nice greens and they are so good for you. But my mother never cooked that kind of thing.  Frozen chopped spinach was the extent of her greens menu.  So I have to learn what things are and how to prepare them so that they are delicious.
