    Nothing is permanent, and fortunately the next redistricting year is a Presidential year, so we should do a bit better down ballot in say, Ohio and Pennsylvania, which if their Congressional delegation represented their popular vote almost gives us the House by themselves.

    Regardless until then, estimates are that we need to win the popular vote for Congress by 2.5-3% to win the House.  That's certainly tough, especially with a Democratic White House, but certainly not impossible.  As with all things, GOTV!
