    ... just that it isn't necessarily healthier.  For most metabolisms, gluten is more or less neutral; cutting it out is neither a health benefit or a health loss, all other nutrients being equal.

    Of course, a diet composed of natural foods prepared from raw ingredients is likely to be healthier in general than a diet composed mostly of processed food substitutes, and that's true whether either diet involves gluten or not.
