    Particularly the conservative media. They will continue to jump on anything that even remotely is connected to the Obama Administration, true or false. Take the latest sex scandal for instance.

    The media is there for ratings and they aren't going to help the politicians if they think they can whip up some sort of dramatization of whatever comes down the pike in this Administration.

    The politicians may not want to touch it, but Scarborough, Rush, Beck, Hannity, O'Reilly & Co. surely will.

      into a huddle to pick 2-3 issues where they back off the KoolAid, just enough to keep their scheme competitive another decade or more.

      Romney won the entire upper age half of the country, 40 and over including Gen X, Boomers and the retirees.

      Looking at it that way, pick a few issues to stop driving 30- and 20-somethings away and Republicans can resume winning without severely changing their overall approach, maybe for another 10-15 years.
