because here's the title of this piece:

     Jimmy Carter's grandson strikes again

So, what's apparently more important in the headline?

With that, I'm done with the discussion. If the point seems unclear, I don't see a way to make it so without making a distraction from the Mr. Carter's scoop.

as Jimmy Carter's Grandson. If that's what he wants to be his opener it's really his choice, right?

    •  No, that's not my point. Jimmy Carter is NOT (1+ / 0-)

political aristocracy. He was a farmer from the South.

James is not political aristocracy any more than either of Ronald Reagen's sons are.

Ronald Reagan is not political aristocracy, he was an actor before he decided to run.

Even Bill Clinton, who is currently beloved, is not political aristocracy, but is a former president who accomplished some important things, and gave up too much ground on others, and was a flagrant liar and repetitive adulterer.

    •  Boadicea, your prose is fine, your point is clear. (0+ / 0-)

I just disagree with your premise, that's all.

We can disagree, right? We agree the scoop is powerful!
