Southern than the ineffective Yankee version!  Well, maybe that's 47% more Southern Comfort...the 'proof' is in that pudding head somewhere.  He's a man of action...poses, a more kindly, centrist...Rebel, with a heart of firm yet empathetic gold-plated...tin soldier, a fast...superficial thinker on his feet, and quite unafraid to flip-flop his fishy way to the center of power...with the stalwart courage of whatever deep convictions...are polling the best in regional and national focus groups...er, so near and dear to his heart.  Here's a emotionally complex guy who is, at the same time, unafraid and eager to have his state be a vast receptical for US tax payer money while being militantly opposed to any new taxes and federal intervention and regulation--especially when it comes to protecting the non-rich, like minorities and women, and calling all this being pro-business and opportunistic patriotism at its finest.

I admire the courage of this fellow who isn't at all worried about people asking, "Wasn't this the guy who was against Katrina before he was for Katrina, and who stood firm on multiple positions even as federal aid was held at bay for his state's people, and then more so after?"

Okay, sure, he did have act quickly to keep Al Gore's jet-load of relief at bay--which is a culture war lesson Romney's team overlooked in trying to insert themselves into the Red Cross 'narrative' of rescuing the East Coast people from Sandy's wicked ways.  That Katrina affair may have blown over, but it still may seem to folks like us to be a pretty heavy boat anchor for Jindal's class of political sail boat, but, as we can see, hope springs anew.  I do hope the brilliant billionaire Koch brothers bet big on Jindal, as soon as possible, so they can cultivate more of their types of winners--just imagine this dream ticket -- Jindal/Walker 2016!

but our own Kathleen Babineaux Blanco, who tried her best but was up against the Bush spin machine ("There, there, honey, we'll just nationalize your Guard..."). In the end, there was no way for her to win in that gig.

Pardon our dust. Sig line under renovation.
