Since when does being a POW make a person qualified for anything? It may make them worthy of our sympathy, but it does not instantly stuff added knowledge into a person’s brain. If anything, it screws them up psychologically, warping their judgement. And given McCain’s constant love of war, I think he’s LESS qualified due to his POW experience. The person who serves as Commander in Chief needs to act from a clear head, not from deep psychological trauma.

While I recognize his contribution to the Country, his sacrifice as a POW, I do believe he has
used up all the sympathy. He is a year younger than I am, I am retired, SO SHOULD THE
SENATOR FROM ARIZONA. I am also a Veteran.I am very happy to be out on the pasture.

McCain makes a big deal out of being a POW. It looks like he's on vacation. Not exactly torture. I mean in this POW video he is seen smoking a cigarette.

Besides McCain was bombing a country and was incompetent to the point where he crashed his plane. Duh! Then the first thing his "captors" do is get him medical attention and they let him smoke cigarettes.

      Please proceed, Governor .....
