    of take on the "Boil in a Bag" travesty my wife does every year.  Well, she's going to do it her way and I'm going to do it mine.  Some years I've fried it, but this year I'm roasting it on my smoker/wood pellet grill.  Not sure if I'm going to brine it first, but I'm going to have a nice, chestnut colored crispy skin, a hint of smokey flavor and wonderful, moist meat.  She's going to have soup.  Sigh.
