“No, I think that’s absolutely wrong,” he said at a press conference that opened the RGA’s post-election meeting here. “Two points on that: One, we have got to stop dividing the American voters. We need to go after 100 percent of the votes, not 53 percent. We need to go after every single vote.
I don't think it's practical to go after every vote.  But it's sensible, and constructive, to try to reassure the folks who aren't going to vote for you that you're not out to make things intolerable for them if you win.

There seem to be a lot of Republicans who think things are going to become intolerable under Obama.  They're talking about shutting down their businesses rather than finding the best way to comply with "Obamacare".  Maybe we should try to reassure those folks.  I, for one, wouldn't mind paying the extra $0.13 per Papa John's pizzas that they estimate it would cost.

We're all pretty strange one way or another; some of us just hide it better. "Normal" is a dryer setting.

do these people on the right continue to think we're all stupid? one week from an election that was preceded by 18 months of shitting on the rest of us?

the right is cooked. they were blatant with their hatred and true beliefs and we all know mittens just said what they all are thinking.....you here it daily from rush limpdick and Fix.

the demographics get worse for the republicans and they will be banished to the desert for at least a couple of decades.

37% of the people consider themselves republicans and 30% of them consider themselves teahadists. i'll be damned in less than 20% of the country is gonna be behind the steering wheel ever again.

mittens=edsel. no matter how much money is spent to promote it, if the product sucks, no one will buy it.
