Do the math. If Dudley couldn't get it done against Kitz in 2010 during one of the most targeted races of that cycle, there was no way Romney could against Obama.

Glad we got control of the statehouse back.

    •  I understand concerns about vote by mail. BUT (0+ / 0-)

Are there households in which one individual will intimidate another into voting against their own interests?  No doubt there are some.  But there is not a simple potential for mass voting fraud - certainly not the interesting varieties that we saw in other states this election.

If you're a registered voter, you don't need to search for ID, and you don't have the potential for being scammed about needing ID to vote when you don't need that ID.

You have plenty of time to read the voter's pamphlet and do any other research a responsible voter feels is important.  There is no failure to vote because of a personal emergency on election day.....unless you're a hardcore procrastinator.

The ballot mailed to you by the state tells you clearly the deadline for voting and where to take or mail your vote, so you don't get scammed by robocalls telling you that election day is a day later than when it really is.

I wish every state would adopt vote by mail.

I have no help to send. Therefore I must go myself. Aragorn
