    I saw stuff in Oakland first-hand and have other friends who saw it first hand.  

    Let's not play "edit history retroactively" because that accomplishes nothing, especially not learning from it.  It happened, it sucked, it caused much damage to the movement, and people who instigated it need to take responsibility for their own failures.

    If by "that last paragraph" you mean the last paragraph of my comment to which you replied, that's my opinion based on what I've read of Occupy Sandy and Rolling Jubilee, both of which I ferociously support.   And I wrote that last paragraph, I didn't get it from somewhere.  

    We got the future back.
