    Any professional, and I mean ANY professional, who provides a service to a client/customer/patient/parishioner based upon a set of credentials and a title carries an air of authority, whether warranted or not, whether welcomed or not. Inviting or demanding sexual favors (even if there is a mutual interest) is not only unprofessional, it is abusive for the very reason that it is more difficult to resist (and therefore to exercise or withhold consent on any some sort of informed basis) someone who has a degree of power over you whether it's openly asserted, merely implied, or assumed by the nature of the relationship.
