    Some baking powders are better than others. And yeast breads are easier to make than one might think. Even I can do it.

      In fact, I buy yeast by the pound and keep the open bag in the fridge.  I've got a sack of Bob's Red Mill flaxseed meal in there, too, that I add to bread doughs.  It's full of antioxidants and omega-3s.
