    than on the union...Hostess was run into the ground over the past decade by incompetent CEOs and other business types

    They also could not adapt to customer demand; people are doing their best to eat healthier. As a result, Hostess' top brands, which are unhealthy, are not selling the way they used to

      The thing is names like Twinkies and Ding Dongs are in the American lexicon.  Folks aren't going to dig into it.  They'll see facts at face value which is a small strike crippled a company in Chap 11.  This wasn't the time to have that fight as the Union had no leverage.

      Keep the faith and walk the path.

        will not be buying any Hostess products if the private equity robbers walk away with more obscene profits, and ship production overseas. By the way, does anyone really think management would have given up their bonuses and perks to keep the company going? Of course not!! So, why should they expect workers to take it on the chin??
