    Except we're talking about products with eternal shelf lives.

      •  the trick is: bust union, rehire as non for le$$ (0+ / 0-)

        the brand will return after a period. a number of workers will too in a typical scenario. without benefits, and for less money than before.

        doesn't seem likely the public will avoid the brands. just lament their passing.

        boycotting PapaJohn's is easy. not eating Twinkies (or other brands of the company) is too, and I haven't for some time. so I haven't been supporting Hostess for decades as it is.
