Why didn't he vote with a provisional ballot ???

he shouldn't have had to.  The law says he gets a regular ballot.  As of right now there are 115,000 provisional ballots that haven't been counted in Maricopa County.  Disappointing that ballots don't always count when they're cast

The way the system works in AZ, you have local and state-level registrations for new voters.

That's not perfect. It is inefficient. It is not necessary. But that's how it is.

These votes are getting counted late.

That is not a surprise, considering the bass-ackwards AZ system.

If they are not counted or are thrown out, then that is a Federal crime and a felony at that.

(I'd sacrifice the odd vote to see the vote-theft perps tossed in a Federal slammer. GoPro works. The Bureau responds to these complaints -- they've got primary jurisdiction.)

a total cluster and disappointment - the problem is that winners don't change the system because... they won.... they don't need to, right?  So, who can we rely on to ensure the bills proposed in the House can actually get passed and we can fix our broken voting system?
