  •  Thank you! (10+ / 0-)

You said exactly what so many folks are thinking.  RMoney and Lyin' Ryan are truly the bullets that were mis-fired!  And for that I am most grateful.  They deserve whatever befalls them because they both have no empathy, no thoughts of others, no feelings for others, and no desire to help others. They see the pain and suffering of other human beings as self-imposed, so they feel they have no responsibility in trying to help.  Is that what this country has come to?  Really?

I could not believe it when they said they wanted to voucherize Medicare!  What?  I have been on Medicare for several years now, and could never, never, ever afford the care that has been given to me since I turned 65.  My husband and I have several physical issues which Medicare pays for and were if not for that, we would both probably be dead or in wheelchairs.  What disgusting individuals these two were, and continue to be.

RMoney does not see that his far-right agenda was what kept him out of the White House, along with his frosty disposition, lying ways, and inability to see suffering in others.  Those folks who voted for him, I have no words, nor understanding!  Did they see something that the rest of us did not see?  Or hear something that the rest of us didn't hear?  I don't know, but I am glad our side won, for the good of these United States.

Your letter clearly illustrates what others feel, and for that I thank you.  I hope that your daughter is doing well, and that she continues to prosper.

    Again, thank you.

    •  The scary part about Ryan is that (0+ / 0-)

he BELIEVES that cutting services to people in need is good for them, removes their dependency and gives them freedom.

I wonder how many times in his life he's gone to bed hungry, or had to make a choice  to eat or take a child to the doctor.  How many nights have his kids lived without a roof over their heads.  He somehows considers having those things as virtuous.

      He's a freaking scary man.

We have to beat him in 2014, and send him back to the rock he crawled out from under.

      •  AMEN to that! There are groups out there who (0+ / 0-)

are working toward that very thing.  This guy has no human emotions and that is scary.....really!  That rock that you mentioned, I hope it is very far away from anywhere where this guy can make decisions about peoples' lives.  He tried to smile, blink, and screw us, and without even an offer of a cigarette afterwards....LOL

I am sure that he has never had to worry about any of the things that you mentioned.  Going to bed humgry...not!  No roof....not!  Eating or sick child....never!  And that is frightening because how can he possibly empathize if those experiences are nowhere in his repetoire?  But 2014 looms, and this guy is outta here (thumb jerking over shoulder)!

        •  I haven't experienced those things either (0+ / 0-)

but I am able to open my mind and my feelings and empathize.

He is choosing to live in a bubble of ignorance and doctrine rather than facing the real reality of how some people are forced to live.

There is that belief it is a choice, and it's not.

At the same time, it took things in my life to make me realize that, and when someone hasn't had anything touch their privileged world, they just cannot possibly get it.  And if they are unwilling to set aside their own pre-conceived notions, then they have no business serving the public.
