    because actually non-violent protestors being gassed and shot at and beaten chucked a plastic water bottle, or tried to escape while they were being handcuffed, or such, seems a trice bizarre. OWS was perhaps the most non-violent movement in US history. 500 occupations and the worst "violence" were half a dozen broken windows? Gandhi never pulled of anything like that.
