    that one of their criteria in making decisions is this:

    Is the anti-Rush movement real? Will it have staying power?

    The fact that it is growing should tell them something.

      I have never seen those contracts, but I suspect that like most contracts involving public figures, there is at least one clause about morals, not bringing disrepute, etc.  By almost any measure, Rush Limbaugh has brought disrepute to his advertisers - that is why they are canceling.  Terminating that contract for cause would be messy, to be sure, but I believe there are ample grounds.  What would Rush's defense be: "You knew I was a snake all along."  Pass the popcorn.

        and I wanted maximum pay-out for a cancellation, I'd sure use that "you-knew-all-along-who-I-was" defense. Seems only prudent to me.
