"America's Natural Gas Highway," given the climate and ecosystem impacts of fracking the future, looks much more like what the legendary band AC/DC would describe as a "Highway to Hell."

Are sometimes (actually, all of the time until recently) different things.

Personally, I'm a strong advocate for clean energy, don't own a car and get along fine with my feet, my bike and my mass-transit card.

But the world, and a lot of stuff I consume, pretty much depends on fossil fuels at this point and will for quite a bit longer, so sometimes less bad is better than worse.

But what would happen if the US invested in clean energy instead of fracking?  That should be the issue.

Strange how a relatively new, unproven and obviously dangerous and technology with oibvious bad effects can get $o much political $upport while older, safer, more well proven technology with minimal effects is, um, "risky", "immature", etc.

      What about my Daughter's future?
