    It's clear now that how ever many recounts they do, he won't win. The margin is too wide for the total vote. But what he can do is delegitimize Murphy, and have that narrative going into a rematch.

    At least that's what I think is happening. That and he's as sore a loser as you'd expect him to be.

      Murphy won from the beginning. More likely West is trying to smear the SOE.  Ms. Walker has been in office for many years and has a sterling rep.  The worst I have heard is that her office is slow to post vote totals, but it has functioned within the limits that the law allows.

      Saturday a week ago they retabulated votes from the final 3 days because some cartridges from that period were faulty. There was no reason to retab the rest of the early votes, but the Canvassing Board voted to do it anyhow.  They did it in front of many observers, including three reps from Scott's office.  I agree this won't stop West, but I hope any judge throws out his suit.
