  •  No. I think the IRS combs over returns from the (0+ / 0-)

    top 1% on pretty much a yearly basis, and while Rmoney's got lots of accountants and lawyers who get him every tax break, I'm sure the IRS has accepted his returns.  Much as we might howl over his probably paying no taxes on some if not all of his returns, and there was probably that Swiss Tax Amnesty that he took advantage of, I think what he did was probably everything allowed under all the loopholes created by Congress to give the 1% as much of a break as possible.  I further think Rmoney realized that if his returns became public, there would be such an outcry that he and the other 1% would lose many of their deductions and capital gains would have the rate increased, costing them millions.
