Without doing a lot of searches myself, I concluded from media reports that it would be very difficult for widespread voting fraud to occur. But that's different than Orca not working for Romney.

The civil rights, gay rights and women's movements, designed to allow others to reach for power previously grasped only by white men, have made a real difference, and the outlines of 21st century America have emerged. -- Paul West of LA Times

Orca and the matter of voting fraud are entirely unrelated as I your comment indicates you already know. Perhaps putting them in the same diary without explanation confuses the issue, but I didn't want to repeat the whole conspiracy theory here and inadvertantly spread it.

When that diary was first posted, I had no clue about anything mentioned in it, so I just started looking up all the component pieces. After amassing all the info, I just figured I'd type it up for everyone else.

cannot fathom how you could miss that the individual results are reported to a central tabulation system and that this is the system that was targeted, not the individual vote machines.

It was tabulation access software that was installed in ohio and it was a man in the middle reroute of tabulation results from ohio that went to the Old Pioneer Building basement in  Chattanooga TN during the 2004 election (before it was rerouted to the Ohio Secretary of State).
