for pointing out why, despite its flaws, health care reform was the single most important accomplishment of the Obama administration.  Despite the scare tactics and the shouting down of Dem representatives by the astro-turfed tea party parasites, despite the single largest lobbying effort against a new program to provide health care to millions of uninsured and uninsurable Americans, we got the ACA passed.  Yes, it came at a great cost in 2010, but now, as the most important provision begin to be implemented there will be no going back.  Can it be improved?  Certainly, but now that we have that wedge in the door the improvements will only become more progressive as more and more businesses realize that universal health care, which operates in most of the rest of the developed world, is actually good for business, and lowers the drag that health care costs place on our economy.
