    there's an easier way that is constitutional.

    States under republican control that voted for Obama could change their method of selecting electors, from selected by popular vote to selected by their current (republican) legislature. There is no constitutional requirement that states select electors by popular vote. Florida was looking at doing this in 2000 until SCOTUS made it moot.

    Wisconsin (10), Ohio (20), Michigan (13), Florida (27), Virginia (13) - 73 electoral votes - could all be flipped...

    P.S. - I'm not wearing a tin hat. I'm not losing any sleep worrying about this happening. Just highlighting what idiots the teabaggers are - if you want a constitutionally-allowed coup, at least read the effin' constitution, OK?
