    in its own way.

    It reminds me of a story I heard once - the Soviet Ambassador to the US challenged the British Ambassador to a race back in the 70's.  The British Ambassador won, so Pravda put out a news release saying, "In a race between ambassadors, the Soviet Ambassador came in second, while the British Ambassador came in second-from-last."
