No 1 - the case is still open

No 2- Fraud on Court by Officers of Court (U.S. Supreme Court said [In re Hazel Atlass Glass v Hartford Empire 1994] - that there's NO statute of limitations on fraud directed at the court by the officers permitted to practice before it)

FINALLY - this case involves Federal Corruption

You can't buy your own U.S. Attorney and then seek to benefit from corrupting him.

Mitt Romney was CEO of Bain until Aug 2001. Proof of Bain & Romney Fraud

or more accurately skimmed some of what you presented in 2007 and available online at bankruptcymisconduct.com.  It seems to involve many layers of conflicts of interest and possible obstruction of justice.  I do not have time to review the case in much detail (and IANAL anyhow), but there appears to be a good amount of material available for anyone interested.

Thank you for responding to my question regarding statutes of limitations.

Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.
