    any protections, really.  When did we start arming this agency with military grade weapons & hardware?  They are not our military, that's the truly dangerous aspect of all of this.

    Any president can, instead of going to Congress for a declaration of war, use the CIA & the assets they've become privy to to execute a war.

    And I agree, the B-52's flying over any country and dropping bombs IS an act of war.  So, are these drone maneuvers.

    But I digress...
