    and would know the South End anywhere.

    I always thaought that Chicago had some of the most beautiful old churches...and indeed they do, but boston has Chicago beat in that respect (perhaps because the Boston churches are older?)

    And the Harriet Tubman statue (isn't that on the street that heads toward the Amtrak station/Orange Line stop...Columbus, right?) was a favorite of mine.

    What I really got a kick out of was the Public Gardens (where the 9/11 memorial is) and seeing Paul revere's grave...among so many other things
