My biggest complaint are seat belts.  On newer models, every single seat belt seems to be set so that they cut me across the cheek and nose, and if I clip it down so it doesn't do that, it rubs abscesses into my left breast. The seat belt is a deal breaker.  I have walked away from so many makes and models of cars without ever turning the ignition key on. It's been 12 years since I found a car I could fit into because of the seat belt.

My current car is 17 years old, and I hope it lasts long enough for manufacturers to start making sane seat belts.
